  Please submit your bracket through the online form.
  Note: if unsure of who to pick, the teams are “seeded” to rank them according to their ability (the best teams seeded 1 and the worst teams seeded 16)

  Select a “Darkhorse.” This is the team seeded 12 or higher that you feel will advance the farthest. Write that team in the field provided at the bottom of the sheet

  Note: You need not select your "Darkhorse" to win any games, but if you do, you get +18 points for each win by the "Darkhorse" plus the points for the round win

  Put your name in the “Name” field in the online form.
  Limit: one bracket entry per person.
  Return completed bracket and $10.00 entry fee

  The scoring is listed on the bracket, but here is the breakdown:

  First round win: 3 points
  Second round win: 6 points
  Regional Semi’s win: 12 points
  Regional Finals win: 24 points
  Final Four win: 48 points
  Champion win: 96 points
  Darkhorse win: 18 points + applicable points listed above

  *Entry fee MUST BE RECEIVED OR POSTMARKED BEFORE THE END OF EACH ROUND TO WIN!

  Failure to submit payment on time puts the winnings back into the pot.
